Industrial
Type Multi-stage Surge Suppressors
Surge protection for PBX systems – RJ11 DIN Type
The
ECT_PBX series of surge suppressors have been designed to protect
PBX extension/Trunk boards from damage caused by lightning and transient
voltages.
The ECT_PBX
series of protectors use state-of-the-art multi-stage protection
technology that provides multi-stage protection for both line-to-line
and line-to-ground, using the latest fast-acting gas discharge devices
together with Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) and fast-blow fuse protection.
The
ECT_PBX Series surge protectors have been specifically
designed to protect sensitive telecommunication equipment from damage
caused by transients and lightning. The unit is designed for high
density installation using the standard DIN mount enclosure or 19”
rack mount configuration.
ECT_PBX
_RJ11_CO is designed to protect telecommunication equipment
from damage caused by transients and surges that come from the analog
telecommunication line extended by the service provider. The protectors
are equipped with two fast-blow fuses which protect the device from
damage caused by high voltage. A LED indicates when both fuses are
in order, enabling easy fault isolation.
ECT_PBX_RJ11_Ext
is designed to protect telecommunication equipment from damage caused
by transients and surges that come from the line connecting both
analog and digital extension phones. The protectors are equipped
with fast blow fuses which protect the device from high voltages.
A LED with a test button enables the technician to perform a quick
check by simply pressing the “Test” button. The ECT_PBX_RJ11_EXT
is equipped with RJ11 connectors for simple installation.
The ECT_PBX_RJ11_EXT
surge protectors use multi-stage protection using state-of-the-art
technology with both line-to-line and line-to-ground protection.
A low-pass filtering circuit filters out (suppresses) unwanted noise
and improves the voice quality. The ECT_PBX_RJ11_Ext is designed
for high density installations (with 19” rack mount option)
and is equipped with RJ11 connectors for quick installation.
All the surge
protection devices require an earth connection for proper surge/transient
suppression. These surge protection devices will protect sensitive
telecommunications devices from failure, saving both replacement
costs and eliminating downtime caused by equipment damage.
